Sports hall
Návarová, Michaela ; Doc.Ing. Bohumil Straka,CSc. (referee) ; Sýkora, Karel (advisor)
The thesis proposal is developed wooden structure sports hall. The hall is designed for general sports (handball, football, tennis, volleyball, basketball). Plan dimensions of the hall are 26,5 m x 45 m and variable height. The structure is designed for the České Budějovice. Carrier enclosure is designed from the glued laminated wood with axial distance of 3 m Purlins are designed as simple beams with axial distance of 2,5 m and PUR sheathing panels are used. Articulated connection is made with steel pivotal connections.
Roofed Stands of Sports Stadium
Vild, Martin ; Buchta, Stanislav (referee) ; Bajer, Miroslav (advisor)
In this master's thesis a steel structure of roofed stands of a sports stadium is developed. Inner forces and design of elements are solved with the program Scia Engineer. The computational model is designed as a three-dimensional bar structure. Main elements are also designed by hand for verification. Elements and joints are designed according to ČSN EN 1993. Anchorage of columns is designed as semi-stiff. Three variants differ in type of longitudinal bracing. The most convenient, a model with truss bracing, was worked out in detail.
Analysis of structure using stages calculation
Čejková, Eva ; Nevařil, Aleš (referee) ; Vlk, Zbyněk (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with the roof structure, its static assessment and analysis phases of construction. It is a roofing tennis hall parabolic trusses, which are formed from steel. In the hall there are three tennis courts and space for an auditorium for spectators. The entire structure and calculations are processed in a static software RFEM by the Dlubal. Only the load cases are calculated manually.
Load carrying structure of a riding hall
Patrný, Jan ; Straka, Bohumil (referee) ; Sýkora, Karel (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is the design and assessment of the load carrying structure of a riding hall in Třebechovice pod Orebem. It is a rectangular hall with dimension of 36 meters x 72 meters with a gabled roof that will be utilized for dressage and equestrian competitions. Hall dimension is determined by the riding area 25 meters x 60 meters,by the safety clearances and grandstand for spectators. The load carrying structure is made up of thirteen crosslinks by six meters of solid-columns and lattice trusses connected by purlins. The spatial rigidity of the structure is ensured by the bracings system.
Multi-storey building
Zaikin, Danil ; Bajer, Miroslav (referee) ; Bukovská, Pavla (advisor)
The subject of the thesis was the design of a multi-storey office building. In the transverse direction the building was designed as a three-tract 6.0 + 4.0 + 6.0 = 16 m. In the longitudinal direction 9x6.6 m = 59.4 m. The design was designed in several variants: articulated and frame in transverse directions. The joint variant was selected for detailed analysis.
Load bearing structure of a multi storey building
Janči, Michal ; Šmak, Milan (referee) ; Straka, Bohumil (advisor)
Diploma thesis deals with the design and assessment of the load bearing structure of a multi-storey building, proposed by the combination of two materials, steel and glued laminated timber. The building has a V-shape, the angle between legs is 120 °. Floor plan dimensions of one arm of the building are approximately 40x20m, building height is 24.3 meters. The building is designed with a flat green roof. The load bearing structure is solved as a heavy frame, lower three floors are made of steel and serves as the business premises, top four floors are residential, and their structure is designed of the glued laminated timber. Bracing of the whole structure is solved by a system of crossed steel rods.
Steel structure of a sport hall
Lorenc, Jakub ; Horáček, Martin (referee) ; Balázs, Ivan (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the design and assessment of main load-bearing elements of the steel structure of sport hall in Lužice. The building is of rectangular plan of dimensions 37,12x51 m and height 12,8 m. The load-bearing structure consists of arched truss girders, which are pin-supported by fixed columns. The distance between main trusses is 6 m and they are connected by purlins and girts. The spatial rigidity of the structure is ensured with a system of bracings. The structure elements are made of steel class S235, the cladding consists of sandwich panels.
The Roofing of the Sport Hall
Štelc, Martin ; Sýkora, Karel (referee) ; Buchta, Stanislav (advisor)
This thesis deals with the drafting and assessment of timber structures, the single-roof sports facility to span 40 meters for the Brno locality. Hall dimensions are 40 x 52.5 m. A height of the hall is 16 m sports hall is designed for most sports played indoors. The supporting part of the roof is designed as an arch structure made of glued laminated wood. The structure is made up of cross-linking - triple joint arches distance of 3.5 m. Arches are connected by purlins. Stability is ensured by placing four fields bracing.
The steel construction of an exhibition pavilion
Petrovičová, Lucia ; Hron, Lukáš (referee) ; Štrba, Michal (advisor)
The content of this bachelors thesis is design and appraisal of the steel construction of an exhibition pavilion. Ground plan dimensions are 39,2 x 50,0 m with approximate height 10,7m. The supporting system of the structure consists of planar transverse linkages which are created by lattice truss. The design is selected from two pre-solved geometrical and structural variants which are compered on the basis of the weight of structure and ultimate and serviceability limit state. From the selected variant is made detailed static assessment and drawing documentation.
Load carrying structure of multipurpose hall object
Prokešová, Pavlína ; Karmazínová, Marcela (referee) ; Melcher, Jindřich (advisor)
The aim of diploma thesis is to design and assess a multipurpose hall building in the area of Brno. The shape of the hall is rectagular with dimensions 30,0 x 84,0 m. Roofing stucture is disegned and assessed in three versiions. Variant A is designed as a sadle - type truss from the CSH profile. Variant B is designed as a square - type truss from the CHS prosile. Variant C is designed as a arched truss from the CSH profile. These versions are compared by weight, manufacturing complexity and appearance. Preferable version is processed in detail. The work also includes a static calculation of the supporting elements, joints and drawing documentation..
